Last updated: July 6, 2026

Agreement

By downloading or using Sakkad, you accept these terms. For copies obtained through the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) also applies.

License and pricing

Sakkad grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app. The app is free to download and fully usable for 7 days. At the end of this trial period, continuing to read requires a one-time in-app purchase (permanent unlock).

There is no subscription; payment is made only once and is permanent. Purchases and billing are handled through the Apple App Store.

Imported content

It is your responsibility to make sure you hold the rights to use the texts, documents, and other content you bring into the app. Your content never leaves your device; the app does not publish or share it.

Intellectual property

The Sakkad app, its design, logo, and name belong to its developer. Copying, modifying, or reverse-engineering the app is prohibited.

Disclaimer of warranty

The app is provided “as is.” Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed; speed-reading results may vary from person to person.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app; total liability is limited to the amount paid for the app.

Changes

These terms may be updated when necessary. The current version is always published within the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Türkiye have jurisdiction over any disputes.
